A 17th Century beamed cottage in the peaceful riverside hamlet of Barton. Only seven miles from Stratford upon Avon, on the edge of the Vale of Evesham, and nine miles from the Cotswolds and the popular towns of Chipping Campden and Broadway.

A large private garden is at the front of the house, and a large garden, shared with our own adjacent property runs down to the River Avon, with seasonal fishing available from the river bank.

The village is on the Heart of England way, with several riverside walks.

The Cotswolds, Stratford, Warwick Castle, are all within easy reach, and their are several National Trust properties, including Ragley Hall and Coughton Court nearby.
The NEC and Birmingham are also within easy reach.
